Job Description


What we expect
  • Experience with demand generation for SaaS (G Suite/Microsoft 365) based products

  • Experience with demand generation programs (email - marketing and sales, SEM, drip nurture campaigns, etc.)

  • Great skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

  • 100% adherence to project timelines and assigned project hours.

How do we expect you to do it?
  • Connect with potential customers/ clients to pitch company products and provide a holistic view of the services of the company.

  • Provide customer support to address queries about company products/services.

  • Connect with customers/clients to get a brief understanding of client requirements.

  • Direct prospects to the field sales team.

  • Maintain database/tracker to keep track of customer information and requirements and update on a timely basis.

Do you fit in?
  • Formal degree (10+2+3/ 10+2+4).

  • Formal training in the field of sales/customer connect.

  • Min. work experience: 1.5 years.

  • Good knowledge of relevant CRM tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Effective time management.

  • Effective prioritizing and multitasking and a team player.
